Our right of return applies for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and no exchange.

In order to be possible for a return, your article must be unused and in the the same state in which you have received it. The article must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from the return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept any products that are intimate or hygiene articles, dangerous materials or combustible liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Software products for download
* Some health and body care products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or a purchase document.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of wear
* CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl panels that were opened.
* Items that are no longer in its original condition, are damaged or in which parts are missing for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Articles that are returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
If we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the article you have returned. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit on your credit card or the original payment method will then take place automatically.

Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Contact your bank next. There is often a processing time until a refund is booked to your account.

A refund can only be made for items with a regular price, unfortunately offer items are excluded from the refund.

Exchange (if apply)

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you when buying, you will receive a voucher in the amount of the purchasing value when the article is returned. As soon as we have received the article that has been sent back, you will receive a voucher by email.

If the article was not marked as a gift when buying or sent to the gift person, the refund is made to the gift person, and the donor is informed about the return.

You must bear the shipping costs for returning your article yourself. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged items to arrive can vary depending on the country in which you are living.

If you send an item worth over € 75, you should consider a shipping service with shipment tracking or taking out mail insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the article you return.
